Terms of sale

Who you are buying from

Custom Merch, Port Talbot, Neath Port Talbot. Email: admin@custommerch.uk. These terms apply to every order placed on custommerch.uk.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT and UK postage. Payment is taken by card through Stripe at checkout. Your order is accepted when we confirm it; if we cannot fulfil something we will tell you and refund it in full.

Made to order

Everything is printed to order. That is why each item shows a turnaround of about 3 working days before posting — nothing sits in a warehouse.

Faulty items

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or a print fails in normal use within our 50-wash guarantee, tell us at admin@custommerch.uk and we will reprint or refund it. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Streamer shops

The shops on this site belong to independent creators. Custom Merch prints, packs and posts every order and is your seller and point of contact for all of them.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.
