Delivery and returns

Delivery

Everything is printed to order and posted from our workshop within about 3 working days, tracked. UK and Ireland delivery usually adds two to three days after that. Everywhere else is quoted on request before you pay.

Changed your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel an order up to 14 days after receiving it. Tell us at admin@custommerch.uk within those 14 days, send the items back unworn within 14 days of telling us, and we refund the full price once they arrive. Return postage is yours to cover unless the item was faulty.

Wrong size

Easier than a full return: send it back unworn within 30 days and we will press and post the same design in a different size, free.

Faulty or misprinted

If something arrives damaged or a print cracks or lifts within 50 washes at 30 °C, email a photo to admin@custommerch.uk — we reprint or refund, including your postage. This is on top of, not instead of, your statutory rights.

How refunds are paid

Always back to the card that paid, through Stripe, normally within 5 working days of us receiving the return.
